Moire_Wall ( Arduino Mega + Light_Sensor + Servo + HumanHands )




首先 利用雷射切割機 切出裝置伺服馬達之框架
First, we use laser_cutter to make the frame
which could support the servo motors

 
完成之後 將伺服馬達(SERVO)裝入框架中
Inserting the motors into the frame

 

本次使用Arduino Mega因為其Analog Input的孔較多(15)
並且輸出(Digital+Analog)共48個
將Arduino放置設計好的框框中並先將線接出
We use Arduino Mega because it has 15 analogue input pins
and 48 output pins(including digital and analogue).
Putting the Arduino Mega to the place that we design
and connect the wires

 
 

用雷射切割切出底版
大方孔為伺服馬達裝置之處
小孔則為光敏電阻Light Sensor
插入位置
We use the laser_Cutter to make the Bakboard.
The big holes are the locations of the servo motors
and the smaller ones are the place where we put the
Photovaristors

橘色線為Sensor之探測(Input)
白線為Servo馬達之訊號線(Output)
the orange wires are Input
and the white wires are the Signal(Output)

 
 

用雷射切割機切割Moire_Pattern之圖形
定安裝於Servo Motor之上
The same we use laser_Cutter
to cut the Moire Pattern
and screw them onto the Servo Motors

 

裝製完工
進行測試
